Morning workout!
Getting ready to burn off the 330 calories I ate yesterday! Wish I could go running but I can’t so I am doing
- 5 sets of 64 jumping jacks
- 3 sets of 80 crunches
- 4 sets of 40 squats
- 5 sets of 16 push ups
and all together that burns 400 calories!
My heart was injected with anesthesia: i want 2 try it
I’m not sure why they call it the Metabolism Diet. It sure sounds scientific.
