  • Hey! I'm using this blog for motivation to get skinnier! :) Right now (17/10/11)I am 163cm and 97lbs - I know my weight might not seem like much to you but I have quite a flabby stomach and big thighs etc that i really really really want to get rid of. I don't necessarily have a goal in how much i want to weigh - my goal is to get rid of all/most of the flab in my stomach and legs by December. I have been trying to diet for quite a while now but it hasn't really worked - I always end up giving up. So (like I said before) I'm going to use this blog to help motivate me! :)

    I will post stuff about healthy foods and exercises and other weight-loss stuff. I am going to keep a log of what I eat each day and what I do for exercise and how many calories I consume. I will only follow other weight-loss type blogs but if you follow me and you're not a weight-loss type blog I'll still check it out and if I like it I will follow you on my other blog :) //

Morning workout!

Getting ready to burn off the 330 calories I ate yesterday! Wish I could go running but I can’t so I am doing 

  • 5 sets of 64 jumping jacks
  • 3 sets of 80 crunches
  • 4 sets of 40 squats
  • 5 sets of 16 push ups

 and all together that burns 400 calories!

I’m not sure why they call it the Metabolism Diet. It sure sounds scientific.

Rules of the road:

  • Drink at least 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.
  • You can add the following to your foods:
    • herbs
    • salt
    • pepper
    • lemon
    • vinegar
    • Worcestershire
    • soy sauce
    • mustard & ketchup
